About ANGCONstruct

Humble Beginnings. ANGCONstruct started in 2004 designing for residential projects. These small contracts later spread by referral of satisfied clients. Equipped with fresh ideas and a vision, they sought out challenging projects of renovating homes and transforming them into a masterpiece. A few years after, ANGCONstruct took a leap when they were handpicked to work on the Maharajah Hotel in Angeles City, Pampanga. This 60's vintage boutique hotel boasts of rooms that were designed to have a unique design for each room. From then on, ANGCONstruct has come a long way in the construction industry and has a proven track record from prestigious projects. By re- interpreting existing designs and transforms it to something useful and relevant, ANGCONstruct is able to combine elegance with practicality to create a place that welcomes each guest with domestic warmth.

Creativity without compromise. The designs are inspired by your strict tastes and preferences. With only absolute client satisfaction in mind, designs are meticulously reviewed before submitted for approval to ensure that the work is done to the letter. Transforming clutter into functional spaces, ANGCONstruct specializes in intricate woodworks taking the beauty of wood flavoured with individual taste. Simplicity with elegance is the main ingredient in their works. Combined with brilliant minds, a simple box is transformed into a masterpiece. ANGCONstruct is also slowly making name for creating storage areas that maximize space to make room for things that really matter. Clutter is where imagination begins to manifest itself.

In recent years, we have seen a rise in the popularity of various home interiors such as the trend for Industrial Chic. Those who have opted in to this trend have given their homes a distinctly industrial feel through the use of more industrial materials such as cement and metal which may not necessarily have been used in traditional residential home interiors. Others may opt to embrace the Minimalist while some want to be as elaborate as they can be. One of the core values of ANGCON is flexibility to your personal preferences. Drawings on the wall. For every team, there is always something unique that makes them stand above the rest, Team ANGCONstruct employ a very hands-on strategy for all their projects. Sketches of the actual measurements are posted on the walls so that anyone can see the progress of the project. This also means that adjustments can be made easily to fit the actual available space minimizing the margin for error. It also serves as a progress tracker because the daily work done can be easily monitored even by someone who does not understand construction.

This unique strategy can produce accurately dimensioned floor plan drawings of the quality required for your building requirement. Some designs may not exactly fit into your space, at ANGCONstruct, we provide you with real time cross-sections, elevation views, and any necessary framing plans. This is where blueprints by hand can allow you to quickly generate views of your ideas and designs. You can then easily modify the drawings as you drag and drop furniture, appliances and fixtures into the blueprints. Oftentimes, you'll realize not enough space has been allowed for certain areas once the fixtures are in or when some space need more attention than others.

From masonry to carpentry and fabrication, there is a constant stream of projects for them to look forward to.

Going green. It is our way of giving back to nature for providing us the best resources. As such, we make it a point to offer alternative sources or materials that have the least negative impact to the environment to be used in our projects. We believe in incorporating what is natural, abundant, and even renewable into our work. ANGCONstruct supports materials that help save Earth’s resources and strive to create projects that are environment-friendly.
